A customer who has been using our EMS services for many years as a fabless manufacturer has consulted us because they are short on development personnel to expand their product lineup, asking for assistance with some of their development models. Since we are well-acquainted with the products through our EMS services, we proposed improvements in productivity and other aspects. To accommodate a variety of products, we achieved efficiency by modularizing common components, and by forming a united team consisting of the development department, manufacturing technology department, manufacturing department, and quality assurance department, we realized short-term development.
